JULY’S PEAK POSE: NATARAJASANA (King Dancer Pose)
This July, open your heart as we deconstruct Natarajasana from a variety of angles and variations. King Dancer Pose requires strong balance, intense backbending, and open shoulders, all of which take time to cultivate. It's a fantastic pose for strengthening the legs, improving overall balance and core strength, and opening the hip flexors. Especially great for anyone that is spending more time sitting, running or cycling these days.
