Connect with small private group classes for upwards of 5 friends or coworkers to create a digital shared space to flow, deep dive into a series of postures or relax with yoga nidra. These classes are custom planned for each group to practice to their individual and group potential. Additional participants can be added subject to approval, price may vary.
