9 Grounding Yoga Poses To Do When You’re Stressed

In yoga and wellness circles, we tend to through around the word grounded, a lot. This isn't just a woo-woo, crunchy granola ideal but a physical feeling in the body and mind. Think about the words and feelings behind what a quick shallow breath and a deep belly breath. Seriously just try it. Notice how the deep belly breath helps everything feel more calm and heavy in the body...this is grounding.
