As a mama bear to a four and one year old, there are few things in the world I value like sleep. A magical, deep, no one cried and I got 8 hours at one time, sleep is almost mythical for me these days. I know that I am not alone, from new parents, stressed employees or overwhelmed students, a good sleep can be hard to find.
So when the stars align and the sleep gods smile on our house, there is nothing more frustrating than not being able to get to or stay asleep.
